Hi I have also purchased the Wii Active Sports and have found it a Brilliant Game to use. It is really intense and the Trainer will not let you move on until you have completed the moves correctly. I have been doing this for the past 3 weeks and have lost 3lbs in weight and 1" off both my waiste and hips, well chuffed with the results so far, when I restart the 30 challenge the next time around I will do it on the High Intensity Level so that I can challenge myself even more. Must say that I have really, really enjoy using this even on some of the rest days I cannot keep still, I have made up some of my own Workouts using just 10 - 15 Minute Routines, not to much as it is suppose to be a Rest Day, using some of the Activities that I have really enjoyed doing like the Tennis, Volley Ball, Baseball and the Basket Ball, also I love to do the Boxing it really makes you work real hard and work up a good old sweat, these are some of my most favourite Activities, me who use to hate Sports at School, I suppose this was because we had Real Hard Nose Bitchy Sports Teachers all those years ago.
